Self-Love Journal
Our Self-Love Journal is designed to help you dig deeper into the most important relationship you’ll ever have in your life - the one you have with yourself. It is designed to help you understand yourself better - what might be lacking and how you can fill in that hole in your heart.
We each have different ways of showing and expressing love. We also like to be loved differently. But unless we love ourselves, we may end up trying to fill the void we feel through relationships with others. This results in eventually projecting our insecurities onto our partner or onto others whom we love. This process can be exhausting and can feel like we’re going in circles. One relationship after another, we try to fill the void from one person to another. But the void will never truly be filled unless the source is mended - and the source is you.
We cannot give that which we do not have within us. Our outer world is a reflection of our inner world. Therefore, to find true, whole, complete, and long-lasting love, we must first have that same complete love and acceptance for ourselves.
Features:
- 30 journaling prompts
